The money helped bring to life Crown's plan to purchase, demolish and redevelop an underutilized and economically distressed property in the Gateway City of Brockton.Crown is now constructing a 94,000 square foot state-of-the art facility that is projected to open later this year. Ed Jarosz, Partner at CB Richard Ellis New England, conducted the real estate site search and identified the property, while Dacon Corporation designed and is constructing the building.

"Lynn Tokarczyk and the BDS team have a unique understanding of how to build partnerships between the city, state and business," said Crown President Christopher Spilios."The BDS team simplified the process by which Crown was able to secure substantial incentives and achieve our goal of growing jobs in Brockton."

An intricate process

If your company is thinking about expanding in Massachusetts, you need to know about the government incentives that can help you save money. Valuable state and local programs are available to businesses that want to invest in Massachusetts with planned real estate expansions and job growth.

The key to benefiting from these incentive programs is knowing how to access them.

Find out if your company is eligible to participate by asking the following questions:

1. Is your company planning a real estate expansion?
2. Does your company generate sales outside of Massachusetts?
3. Does your company plan to create new jobs with an expansion?
