Lynn Tokarczyk elected to AIM Executive Committee

BOSTON, Mass.- Lynn Tokarczyk, Government Incentives Consultant, was elected to the Executive Committee of Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM), at the organization's 96th Annual Meeting on Friday, May 13th at the Waltham Westin Hotel.
Established in 1915, AIM is the largest nonprofit, nonpartisan association of Massachusetts employers with more than 6,000 members who collectively employ 500,000 Bay State residents.

AIM's mission is to promote the well-being of its members and their employees and the prosperity of the Commonwealth by improving the economic climate of Massachusetts; proactively advocating fair and equitable public policy; and providing relevant, reliable information and excellent services.
Tokarczyk, a long time AIM member and a Board of Directors member, is President of Business Development Strategies, Inc. (BDS), a Medway-based company that provides government incentives consulting services to some of the state's most prestigious businesses. She has been an integral contributor to AIM's efforts to support legislative amendments to enhance the state's business climate. Tokarczyk's ability to effectively negotiate tax incentives and nurture relations between business and government has generated millions of dollars worth of economic advantages and expansion opportunities for growing businesses in Massachusetts.
A graduate of Lasell College and former retail store owner, Tokarczyk has an entrepreneurial spirit which she dedicates to helping businesses succeed and unlock value in Massachusetts. Prior to founding BDS in 2003, she served as regional director for the Massachusetts Office of Business Development (MOBD), where she worked with hundreds of businesses and gained an intimate understanding of state and local resource programs. Her career with MOBD was followed by a position as senior manager at Ernst & Young, where her work with Fortune 500 companies on key business incentive projects generated significant financial incentives for her clients. Tokarczyk's leadership of BDS over the past eight years has solidified her reputation as one of the state's top government incentives consultants.
