Food Manufacturer Expands While Saving Cash

Tribe Mediterranean Foods headquartered in Taunton manufacturers a highly popular line of Mediterranean food products which includes several styles of hummus under “Tribe“ brands and meat-free and vegetable-based products under the “Veggie Patch“ brand name. Due to expected growth in these categories the company has plans to construct an estimated 10,000 square foot on-site expansion to its current 58,000 square foot facility. The Company plans to retain 66 jobs and create 59 new jobs. The total project investment is estimated at $13 million.
